This bundle includes the following:

  • Start-up meeting with Council PM and sponsor, and any other relevant staff (Assumes 1 hr online) 

  • Establish policy objectives and focus areas - workshop (Assumes 1.5 hrs online)

  • Policy review. Council will be provided comments in a table format and suggested inclusions and amendments (One draft and one final assumed)

The facilitator will contact you to set up meetings and discuss your timing once signed up.
