This course goes through checklists, resources and common mistakes to look out for when reviewing technical contaminated land reports. The course covers:

·       Council decision making based on contaminated land reports

·       Checklists and tools available for reviewing technical reports submitted as part of the planning and development process, or for councils' own land

·       Key guidelines when reviewing reports

·       Common mistakes in reports for each step of the contaminated land process
