New Contaminated Land Policy Bundle

This bundle assist councils preparing a contaminated land policy from start to endorsement. The bundle includes:

Start-up meeting with Council PM and sponsor, and any other relevant staff (Assumes 1 hr online)
Presentation to Council project team - Why should Council have a contaminated land policy? (Assumes 1 hr online)
Establish policy objectives and focus areas - workshop (Assumes 1.5 hrs online)
Produce draft and final policy (Based on model policies for NSW and Council specific considerations. One draft and one final assumed)
Follow-up meeting (1 hr online approx. a month after policy has been through the endorsement process)

This bundle assists councils with their existing contaminates land policy review and update. The bundle includes:

Start-up meeting with Council PM and sponsor, and any other relevant staff (Assumes 1 hr online)
Establish policy objectives and focus areas - workshop (Assumes 1.5 hrs online)
Policy review. Council will be provided comments in a table format and suggested inclusions and amendments (One draft and one final assumed)
